"You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you."
My name is David Libby, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #158121).
Taking the first step to seek support is often the most difficult part of the healing process. It requires immense courage to acknowledge when a client needs a helping hand, and I am here to ensure that my clients' are met with empathy, respect, and professional guidance. At Oak Creek, we provide our clients with a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. I work closely with individuals, couples, and families to identify their unique needs and set achievable personal goals. By fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, we develop tailored plans that empower clients to navigate life’s challenges and transition toward a more positive, fulfilling path. Clients do not have to navigate these complexities alone.
I support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health and relational needs. Whether clients are dealing with socioeconomic stress, navigating a midlife crisis, or seeking to improve communication skills, I am here to provide the professional support they deserve.
